Q. Are Sunstorm games supported on the iPad? What about Android?
A.
We currently offer 10 games for the Android platform, but most
of our titles are supported only by Apple devices like iPhone, iPod Touch
and iPad.

Q. My game is crashing. Can you help?
A.
It takes us longer to fix problems if we get vague feedback. “My app crashed” isn’t going to help us. Tell us exactly what happened! Does it quit abruptly and return to the home screen? If not, what else is happening? What is the state of your game [level, money, items on the screen]? What type of apple device do you have? What version is the hardware? What version is the operating system running on there? What version of the game are you running?

Q. I can’t download or update my game! Can you help?
A.
Like all iPhone/iPad apps, our games are available for download only from Apple’s App Store servers, which occasionally experience problems beyond our control. If you experience trouble downloading one of our apps from the App Store, one thing you may try is to restart your device by turning it off and then back on, and then try the download again. You can also try to download the app on your computer from iTunes and then sync the app to your device. Either of these 2 suggestions should work if you are having trouble downloading our apps, but if they don’t, please contact Apple Support for further assistance.
